  So I got my dream job!!  I have a month to lose weight and get prepared ๐Ÿ™‚ ❤️ I have recently gained weight from not counting calories or checking my portion size- obviously I can't do this later. I kept eating more and more food thinking I would diet soon. That's wrong. I was going back to my binge eating trends and reading while eating which is a big mistake because you eat without thinking. I want to be a healthier me for right now I want to fast until the 24th then switch to fasting 2 days drinking a sip of coconut water ๐Ÿ’ฆ and continuing to fast. I'd like to go down to 160lb if possible. Let's see! But regardless before or after I start work I shall continue to exercise and fast until reaching my ideal weight. I want to change my life before it's too late. I want to give 110% to my dream job and a healthier me is a great way of doing so. I want to help my family and be more reliable. I want to change! I will change- And it starts with right now.

 Lewis returned yesterday from Ukraine. There's a lot to do, hard to sleep at night with all the break ins, passed my TSA medical exam yesterday, and now waiting on my background check. I still have a urinary tract infection I will treat soon. I plan to continue losing weight, working out each morning, and improve my sleep quality. I definitely feel better after I exercise though!

  So I have a UTI because I keep washing with ๐Ÿงผ soap (the problems of being a germaphobe) and will take doxycycline hyclate for 5-7 days. Thankfully I should be fine by the time I get medically tested and can perform then.  I need to remember the vagina cleans itself and not remove healthy bacteria. BMR is a bit low but I just need to keep exercising to raise it. Looking forward to Lewis coming home soon!

 Cleaned and exercised. Jogged one mile and walked two more. Did 100 crunches with device. 10 wall push ups.

Weight loss Journey November 6, 2021

 It's my birthday and I haven't seen the changes I wanted to make this year. It's no good bemoaning what I haven't done so I will instead work on from today. This is where I am now- I cried last night with sadness but today I plan to use my determination to change my fate. Only if I do nothing will I be a failure.
