Daniella's Weight Loss Plan from November 6, 2021

 Lewis returned yesterday from Ukraine. There's a lot to do, hard to sleep at night with all the break ins, passed my TSA medical exam yesterday, and now waiting on my background check. I still have a urinary tract infection I will treat soon. I plan to continue losing weight, working out each morning, and improve my sleep quality. I definitely feel better after I exercise though!

  So I have a UTI because I keep washing with 🧼 soap (the problems of being a germaphobe) and will take doxycycline hyclate for 5-7 days. Thankfully I should be fine by the time I get medically tested and can perform then.  I need to remember the vagina cleans itself and not remove healthy bacteria. BMR is a bit low but I just need to keep exercising to raise it. Looking forward to Lewis coming home soon!
