So I got my dream job!! I have a month to lose weight and get prepared 🙂 ❤️ I have recently gained weight from not counting calories or checking my portion size- obviously I can't do this later. I kept eating more and more food thinking I would diet soon. That's wrong. I was going back to my binge eating trends and reading while eating which is a big mistake because you eat without thinking. I want to be a healthier me for right now I want to fast until the 24th then switch to fasting 2 days drinking a sip of coconut water 💦 and continuing to fast. I'd like to go down to 160lb if possible. Let's see! But regardless before or after I start work I shall continue to exercise and fast until reaching my ideal weight. I want to change my life before it's too late. I want to give 110% to my dream job and a healthier me is a great way of doing so. I want to help my family and be more reliable. I want to change! I will change- And it starts with right now.
Lewis returned yesterday from Ukraine. There's a lot to do, hard to sleep at night with all the break ins, passed my TSA medical exam yesterday, and now waiting on my background check. I still have a urinary tract infection I will treat soon. I plan to continue losing weight, working out each morning, and improve my sleep quality. I definitely feel better after I exercise though!
