So I have a UTI because I keep washing with 🧼 soap (the problems of being a germaphobe) and will take doxycycline hyclate for 5-7 days. Thankfully I should be fine by the time I get medically tested and can perform then.
I need to remember the vagina cleans itself and not remove healthy bacteria.
BMR is a bit low but I just need to keep exercising to raise it.
